Cocktails, Beer   & Wine

- Dehydrated fruits & vegetables line the bar in glass containers; along with miniature firepits featuring different types of wood and herbs in blown glass fixtures. These are not just a focal point for the eye but for the full sensory cocktail experience developed by Beverage Director David Mulock.

- Our beer list is a unique depiction of the colourful mosaic that is the Toronto craft beer market. One can savour the delicate nuances of barley and rosehip, or embrace the dance of El Dorado hops and riesling grapes on the palette in a single sip; the list features craft favourites from Burdock, Blood Brothers, Halo and other cult craft-brew classics.

- The wine list, curated by David Mulock and Sommelier Samuel Quartier, features small, artisinal producers alongside iconic winemakers. It is very much a refelction of the menu with a focus on rare wines from Spain, France & Italy; as well as Argentina, California and New Zealand.

MUSIC

Eclectic...

- The music programming was imagined by Faaren Farzam and is orchastrated by live music director and Oscar Peterson Award recipient, Carl Bray. Carl was named one of Canada’s “Rising Star Pianists” by CBC Radio; and after returning to Toronto with an honours in film composition from UCLA, Carl took up residency at Reverie, cherry picking amazing talent for our weekly roster of rotating events.

- The Reverie “soundtrack” has been described as “Colonial House” and features unexpected house renditions of musical classics and grooves that will transport you to another time and place. DJ’s are often paired with pianists, trumpets, cajon or bass clarinet.

- Every Sunday, you can catch our house band “Billy Bishop” performing original renditions of cult favourites and crowd requests. They hit their stride when playing songs they’ve never heard before. At the click of a button words and notes escape them in a free form jazz/rock/blues ensemble that morphs through each rendition. Billy Bishop consists of Carl Bray (Keys), Micahel Constantini (Guitar/Vocals) & Chris Ryan (Percussion)

    The Design

    line-light.png

    - The exquisite design of Reverie was curated by Faaren Farzam, who with the help of partner Wesley Barber built this restaurant from its ashes of it’s former self.

You’ve never been to a restaurant like this before. A true original, Reverie at the Park is a delightful escape from the everyday.
